Biocidal Products Licensing

Biocidal Products can be offered for sale in Turkey as a result of fulfilling the requirements of the “biocidal products regulation” dated December 31, 2009 and numbered 27449 (4th repeated) published by the Ministry of Health, Public Health Agency of Turkey.

Biocidal products are classified under 4 main groups.

– Disinfectants and general biocidal products

– Protectors

– Biocidal products used for pest control

– Other biocidal products

Companies that want to obtain a license for these products must follow the license application process carried out to the Ministry of Health, Public Health Institution of Turkey.

Regarding Biocidal Products;
