REGULATION ON REGISTRATION, EVALUATION, PERMISSION AND RESTRICTION OF CHEMICALS (KKDIK), ARTICLE 9 a; A natural or legal person outside Turkey who manufactures a substance on its own, in a mixture or in an article, prepares a mixture or produces an article to be imported into Turkey, by mutual agreement, a natural or legal person established within Turkey, under the KKDIK Regulation. may appoint as the sole representative of the importer to fulfill its obligations such as Pre-MBDF Registrations and Substance Registrations within the scope of the importer.

The only representative is responsible for fulfilling the importer obligations under the KKDIK Regulation.
