Carbon Footprint

Waterlogic POU dispensers have even more. They were designed with the environment in mind. The cost of transporting, storing and disposing of bottles (large or small) is eliminated. Time, energy and fuel are all saved. An independent study was carried out by the reputable UK Environmental Consultancy Sustain, calculating the carbon footprint of the Waterlogic POU dispenser compared to the traditional Bottled Water Cooler and shows that Waterlogic POU coolers have a significantly lower carbon footprint.

The study focused on the effects of manufacture, use and disposal of a single Waterlogic cooler and a BWC (bottled water cooler) equivalent to a five-year life from ‘cradle to grave’. This included all aspects from the composition of the material, the manufacturing process, delivery of the machine and the energy used during use
