Environmental Permit License Document Transactions
The businesses performing the activities in the Annex-1 and Annex-2 lists within the Environmental Permit License Regulation, which came into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 10.09.2014 and numbered 29115 by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, will receive the information and information defined in Annex-3A, Annex-3B and Annex-3C of the Regulation. They are obliged to obtain Environmental Permits and Licenses within the scope of the environmental management service they receive from the environmental officer(s) they employ or from Environmental Consultancy firms by preparing documents and having them prepared.
The process of issuing Permit and License Certificates is carried out by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for activities in the Annex-1 list (which have a high polluting effect on the environment). For the activities in the Annex-2 list (having a polluting effect on the environment), the process is carried out by the Provincial Directorates of Environment and Urbanization.
