- REGULATION ON REGISTRATION, EVALUATION, PERMISSION AND RESTRICTION OF CHEMICALS (KKDIK), ARTICLE 9 a; A natural or legal person outside of Turkey who manufactures a substance, prepares a mixture or produces a substance on its own, in a mixture or in an article for importation into Turkey, is obliged to register the Substance Registration in the online system of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
