Preparation of Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
Chemical substance and mixture manufacturers and importers must submit the material safety data sheets dated 13.12.2014 and numbered 29204 in order for downstream users to use the product safely, in case of possible emergency, spillage, accident, and for users to have sufficient information about its effects on the environment and human health. Within the scope of the Regulation on Safety Data Sheets Regarding Harmful Substances and Mixtures, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette, they are obliged to have the material safety data sheets for their products prepared and forwarded to their downstream users.
