Project Introduction File
A Project Introduction File is prepared by consultancy firms authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for the activities listed in Annex-2 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation. Project owners must apply to the Ministry or the Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization to which they are affiliated by preparing a Project Introduction File. It provides consultancy services to project owners during the preparation of Project Introduction Files within the scope of the EIA Regulation.
