BOTTOM SCAN ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN

The purpose of this Regulation is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the environmental management of dredging activities carried out in sea and coastal areas and estuaries, the beneficial use of dredging materials resulting from these activities, and their discharge or disposal into the marine environment in a way that will not harm the environment and human health.
