Discharge Quality Control License (DKKR) and Non-Sanitary Enterprise License

In the Regulation on Business Opening and Working Licenses, non-sanitary establishments are defined as “businesses that cause, or are likely to cause, more or less biological, chemical, physical, psychological and social harm to those around them during their activities, or that may cause pollution of natural resources.”

Opening a Business and Working (Nonsanitary Establishment) All documents, documents and drawings requested during the license application are prepared by ÇİGEM Çevre’s expert staff and the business opening and working license process is completed.

 

Class Definition License Issuing Institution
1stClass GSM It refers to workplaces that must be kept away from residences and other places of residence. Metropolitan Municipalities
2ndClass GSM It refers to workplaces that must operate at a distance from residences and other places of human residence, if required by the activity of the establishment, as recommended by the review board and deemed appropriate by the competent administration. District Municipalities
3rdClass GSM It refers to workplaces that can be established near residences and other places for human residence, but must be kept under sanitary control. District Municipalities
