Third Party Representation

Pursuant to ARTICLE 5 OF THE REGULATION ON REGISTRATION, EVALUATION, PERMIT AND RESTRICTION OF CHEMICALS (KKDİK); Joint Submission of data by Multiple Registrants, including consultation with other manufacturers, importers and, where relevant, downstream users, provided that the manufacturer, importer or, where relevant, downstream user is responsible for complying with the obligations under the KKDIK Regulation, may appoint third-party representatives on matters related to data and cost sharing to fulfill its provisions on joint submission of data by more than one registrant and on sharing of costs for tests that cannot be agreed upon between registrants and/or downstream users.

In these cases, the identity of the manufacturer, importer or sub-user who has appointed a third-party representative is not disclosed by the Ministry to other manufacturers, importers and sub-users.
